The Study on the Knowledge and Attitude for Safety and Health of some Industrial Workers

Abstract

|
For the purpose of obtaining references for the development of industrial health education programme for the workers, the knowledge, attitude and practice survey was carried out on 1, 29-0 workers of some manufacturing industries in Ul San, Po Hang and Goo Mi Industrial Copieses.
It was revealed by the majority of sampled workers that their attitude concerning with health behaviors in working environment was strongly positive. They also showed their strong will to be participated in maintaining safe working processes.
The effect of health education including safety was remarkable for positive attitude and knowledge refreshment on the prevention of occupation-related accidents and diseases. No objection was found for the continuation of safety and health education.
